The Expo Center
portion of the park has something for everyone. Kids and parents both love this section
because it provides a place for little ones to romp around and expend extra energy, while
also making room for some of the park’s heavy hitters.
The Expo Center has some of the meatier rides in the park
including Back to the Future…The Ride and E.T.. These two rides helped
put Universal on the map and are probably on everyone’s "must see" list, so
get there early or during meal times.
Fievel’s Playland has oversized
slides and other playground equipment that will make you feel like a mouse. The area
features guest appearances by characters and is a good place for parents to take a break.
The Expo Center also has the ride that
draws kids like a high-powered magnet, A Day in the Park with Barney. Oh yes, the
too cute dinosaur is here in all his purple glory.
