The Market Place provides some of the best window shopping opportunities in Central Florida. You can have a great day in the Market Place and not buy a thing. (in theory) You'll probably want to start your shopping day in the World of Disney, a disney merchandise super-store. Inside, there are twelve themed sections spread out over 50,000 square feet of pure Disney shopping heaven. If you can't find it here, it probably doesn't exist.

Besides World of Disney, you'll find a number of other specialized Disney stores. Art of Disney features cell animation and collectables; Disney at Home features interior design Disney-style and you can find Disney activewear at Team Mickey's Athletic Club.

Other retail shops include Eurospain crystals, Summer Sands swimwear and the Pooh Corner, a Winnie the Pooh themed retail store.

The other major shopping attraction in the Market Place is the LEGO Imagination Center, where you can buy all sorts of Lego pieces and toys. There are incredible Lego models on display and kids can romp around in an interactive outdoor playground.

Food at the Market Place tends to be of the Lunch/ afternoon snack variety with the exception of the Rainforest Cafe. Other eateries include a great McDonald’s, Wolfgang Puck Express and Cap'n Jack's Oyster Bar. Save room for desert at the Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop.

After 6 PM you can go to the Rainforest cafe to take a ferry to the House of Blues in the West Side.
